My wonderful designer mITSYBELLE that I ct for has done a joint mega kit with 28 other Australian designers to help aid the victims of the Victorian bush fires.

Spirit of Summer is a charity collab benefiting the Victorian bushfire Appeal. Not only has this effected Australians, but human beings the world over. 29 Australian and international designers have banded together to help support many Australians, animals and communities decimated by one Australia's worse national disasters.What happened? On Saturday, Feb 7, the temperature in Melbourne was 33'c by 9am. By noon it was 40'c and by 2.50 pm soared to 47.9'c (a state record).Thousands of people were also about to start running from the inferno that would become one of Australia's worst peacetime disasters. Trees ignited in the blink of an eye. By the time people heard the roar, it was too late to flee ahead of the flames.Unfortunatly no one or thing could have stopped this inferno that wiped out communities, bushland, and lives within minutes. Many towns now cease to exist!.After watching interviews with survivors, many say that they cant put into words what they went through, saw or felt on that day.

hey all! wonderful news!!!! sheila told us yesterday that she is dialated 2 centimeters. her due date is 2 weeks away but i think she will go sooner. we saw the baby's room. they did such a wonderful job with it. I'm so proud of her and andy. alsoooo! we found a house in the same town as sheila, andy and my grandbaby... cross your fingers i hope they take our offer...we'll find out tomorrow... i'm nervous. well i better take my furry beast out so he doesn't tinke on the rug. talk to you tomorrow!! byeeee!

i'm doing okay! i overdid it this weekend and am paying for it dearly. my pain level is very high but i'm feeling a little better as the week goes along. we have awesome news. rick got accepted for social security. thank god! those 1/2 pays were killing us. we are still looking for a house..rick is such a little susie home maker. he vacumned and cleaned the bedroom. he is a dear. we're going fishing tonite after supper. i hope i catch a big one. we are having a community yard sale this week. so we don't have to do the flea market on sunday. yeah! i hope we can empty out the storage unit by the time we move. that will save us $60 a month. ok! i want to get back to playing in photoshop. talk to you later.

we went to see the inside of the house today! it was darling, but we found out that they share the well with the neighbor and they get their septic tank emptied every 4 months. what's up with that. well, after i gave rick a concussion..we went down to see the basement and on our way back up the rickety steps, i lost my balance and bumped the trap door. i didn't even realize it at 1st. rick's head got caught between the door and the floor. i felt terrible. i keep asking him if he is okay. if it was vice/versa he would have tears of laughter in his eyes and i would have been knocked out. we decided to wait on the owner of the 1st house we put a bid on. he said our offer was too low but we'll see. he needs a reality check. well it is time to take gigantor and casey out. later...

well! it is getting late and i'm getting a tad tired. rick's been snoring away on the sofa for the past 3 hours now. i have been having tons of fun creating this blog. i better take some photos of my stuff to put on ebay to sell so rick doesn't ring me a new one. he gets so annoyed with me cause i'm always digiscrapping. nag! nag! nag! "you're not gonna make any money doing that!" he say's. i say " at least i have a hobby! blah ! blah! then i insist that someday i will sell my kits on the web! hopefully. well! again. talk to you tomorrrow. right now i'm talking to myself but that's ok. i do that all the time! i even crack myself up sometimes. people probably think i'm a lunatic!

It's past 9:00 p.m. and it's time to take my monster gigantor puppy out. his name is Mo and he is almost 8 months old but he weighs 75 lbs. he thinks he is a lap dog. he is huge. and boy is the sucker strong. we need to get him a choker collar which i think is cruel but sometimes he hurts me when he pulls. He just woke rick up my stepping on his crotch. well gotta go. i 'll put a photo of my furry babies on later . byeee again

if you could here me say hello that is what it sounds like. my friends kids love when i call.
we were supposed to see a new house today but the realtor had to cancel. we we so excited to see it we decided to take a road trip and do a drive by. we're talking boonie central. you should see the neighbors houses, i mean shacks. oops. tee hee! redneck central. the house looks really cute. can't wait to see the inside. do you like how i don't use the shift key because i'm too lazy and my typing is really sucky. probably like 12 words/minute.
sorry about how Lame-o my blog is but it is only my 2nd day. i'll have to invesigate and figure out how to jazz it up some.
i have a freebie for you, but i have to figure out how to put the link on the blog.
At work today the a.c. wasn't working and i hate to be hot when i'm working. i was such a whiner. besides i'm on these diuretic for my swelling and i feel like i have a whole box of cotton balls stuck to the roof of my mouth. i drink over a 1/2 gallon a water just at work. i think the other women are getting annoyed cause i have to tinkle all the time...

Here is my first try at a blog. omg. i'm such a computer dork. i just quit my partime job last week and it is so great to have more time with the family. We are looking for a new house and it is so disapointing. going to look at a new one tomorrow. it is really cute. cross your fingers. I have been working on a couple of digi kits. i'm almost done with the one. it's called Heavy Metal. I'm finishing up the alpha. i have another started called Vacation. something i wish i could go on right now but we are so poooooor since Rick's illness. We'll get into that later. When i figure out how to post pics I'll show you some previews of my kits. they'll probably will be freebies since i have to fogure out how to sell them...someday i won't be such a computer dork. ok time to sign off and see if this works. probably not. such confidence.
